Power generator as an emergency generator to the top cover of the former existence of a German concrete manufacturer. The plant was regularly maintained by the operator. In 2001, the diesel engine has been completely overhauled, the generator was replaced with a new one.Skid mount unit consisting of:
MAN industrial diesel engine series D 2148 MT with turbocharger for high load impacts for generator drive with Bosch-line injection pump and Bosch Speed Controller for units operating, grown electronic speed controller for frequency stability and Netzparalellbetrieb.
A. van Kaick generator (now Cummins Power Generation) three-phase synchronous generator with protection class IP 23, brushless design, electronically controlled, base frame for receiving the motor-generator unit, elastic storage.
The cooling of the unit via a prebuilt honeycomb radiator. The fan is directly driven by V-belts.
Optionally, a new switchgear for fully automatic emergency power operation are supplied. All important instruments such B:. Voltage, frequency and amps are installed in this cabinet, with switch 3 or 4 poles of power to generator operation.
The emergency power plant is defying the high age in good condition.
